Choosing well means considering more than colour. The visible width shapes the frame’s presence, while its depth and opening need to suit the intended artwork and any separately specified glazing or backing.
We discuss the selected design, dimensions and supply requirements before payment, so the quotation describes the frame you are actually ordering.

PRACTICAL CARE, CLEARLY EXPLAINED

Care made simple.
Our frame finishes can be wiped clean with a soft, lightly damp cloth. Use a gentle touch and dry the surface afterwards; wipe-clean care does not mean soaking or rinsing the frame.
Care guidance is confirmed for your selected design. Contact us before using detergents or specialist cleaning products, and take care to protect any artwork, glazing and backing fitted separately.

PERSONAL SERVICE FOR TRADE & BULK ORDERS

A direct conversation.
Discuss your enquiry directly with Taher. Once we have your chosen references, sizes, quantities and postcode, we provide a complete quotation within one working day, with a target turnaround of 12 hours.
Your quotation sets out frame prices, separately quoted additions, delivery charges and expected delivery timing. Our supplier arrangements are in place, ready for us to check the details of your chosen designs.
Fully joined empty frames are our standard supply. Glass, backing and other additions are separately quoted, subject to availability. Delivery covers England, Scotland, Wales and Northern Ireland.
If something is wrong with your delivery, contact us with your order reference and photographs. Our ordering page explains the reporting process and support for confirmed transit damage.
