For exhibition or print batches, send a schedule of references, quantities and required dimensions, together with your exhibition or delivery deadline. Please identify any requirements for glazing, backing or other additions.
Our standard supply is empty, fully joined frames. Any specialist requirements should be raised before ordering so the suitability and supply details can be confirmed for the chosen reference.

Our standard supply is fully joined empty frames. Artwork is not included. Glass, backing and other additions are quoted separately, subject to availability. Please tell us what is needed to complete your project.
ORDER QUANTITIES
Usually 10 frames per order.
Orders of eight may be considered when every frame is from Premium or Signature and priced at £45 or more. Mixed designs and sizes are subject to confirmation.
Delivery covers England, Scotland, Wales and Northern Ireland. Charges depend on quantities, dimensions, packaging and destination; your quotation confirms the full cost and delivery date.
Payment is 70% before manufacturing, with the remaining 30% due within two calendar days of delivery.

Can I request a quotation for an exhibition batch?
Yes. Include the proposed references, the number of frames in each size, your delivery postcode and the date you need them. We confirm availability, production timing and delivery before payment.
What is included with a gallery frame order?
Standard supply is fully joined empty frames. Artwork, glazing and backing are not included as standard. Any additions and specialist requirements must be discussed and confirmed separately before ordering.
How should I enquire about a repeat order?
Send the earlier order reference and the product references, quantities and sizes you require. We will check current availability, finish, pricing and timing before confirming the new order.
